Sometimes life feels overwhelming, and you need somewhere safe to talk. Our qualified counsellors and therapists offer accessible, person-centred counselling for adults, providing the space and support to explore difficulties and develop the understanding and skills to move forward. Whatever you are going through, you do not have to face it alone.
Our counselling service provides short and medium-term therapy for a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties. Common presentations include anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, stress, bereavement, relationship problems, life transitions, and the emotional aftermath of difficult experiences.
We offer a range of therapeutic approaches tailored to each individual's needs and preferences, including CBT, person-centred counselling, and trauma-informed practice. Our therapists will always work collaboratively with you to agree what approach feels most helpful.
