What to expect

All our appointments take place in a comfortable therapy room. Typically first appointments can last for 90 minutes where your psychologist will take time to explore the difficulties you are experiencing. This is typically done by speaking with you, but could also involve speaking to family members or loved ones (with your permission) or completing questionnaires. Your psychologist will work with you to guide and support you through the assessment and treatment plan.
