Experience
Holly graduated from a Doctorate in clinical psychology at the University of Plymouth in September 2023. Since then she has worked on an older adult inpatient ward, providing individual interventions using an integrative approach. Since graduating she has also administered a range of cognitive tests in order to assess whether university students have a diagnosis of a specific learning difficulty and making recommendations as to what adjustments may support them whilst at university.
Additionally, Holly has always held a long interest in working with Autistic people. Since graduating Holly has completed a number of different training courses, in ADOS, ADIR, introduction to compassion focused therapy and supervisor training.
Whilst on training Holly’s placements were mainly in physical health, such as intensive care, pain management and in weight management. These placements gave her a strong grounding in acceptance and commitment therapy and
compassion focused therapy.
