Super professional and friendly staff that help you and your child feel heard and valued. Really flexible around real life, for example, if an appointment is cut short or cannot be attended, staff are really helpful in rescheduling with no judgement and complete understanding that life sometimes gets in the way. The quality of care given is top tier.

I found Abacus Psychology Services online when i was in search for answers as to why i was feeling constantly depressed and anxious over 10 years, it was through the continuous support and effort of the staff at this practice as well as assessments that we were able to identify that i am in fact Autistic. Without the help and support over the past couple of months from this team i would still be in search for answers. I would highly recommend my friends and family to use this service as i felt so relaxed and heard throughout my Autistic Assessment process, i have learnt so much about Autism already from this service :)

David really helped me be able to open up about the struggles I have been through and learn to process my trauma better. I felt like I had a safe space to talk and learn where my mind and emotions were focused on, and what I was struggling with most. It helped me to have things reflected back and at times questioned. I'm really grateful for having the support over times where I really needed it.

I'm finding it helpful sitting in on sessions with my 31year old son at his request, even though it is unusual. I find it enables me, to understand my son's issues, more clearly and we reinforce the sessions by continuing the conversations. Thank you Dave . 😊

I feel that the therapist we saw was very focused on one aspect of my child's difficulty and didn't really explore this. They were very lovely, but it didn't seem to move him forwards. I kept asking what the focus of the work was, with my child's consent, but there wasn't one. I feel that the support could have been concluded in 2 sessions rather than having to pay for 6.
Despite this, I would recommend Abacus to other people as it is probably just my experience.

David has been a massive help to me when it comes to improving/increasing my confidence as well as anger problems/shutdowns I've struggled with in the past. I've been seeing David since 2019 and he deserves a lot of credit for how smooth the transition was over to his current company (Abacus). I still see/speak to David once a month and it's really important to me!

I phoned so many people to get an autism assessment. David was the first person I spoke to who really treated me like an individual rather than 'another client to schedule in'. It was by the far the nicest introduction to a mental health service I have had. And the best bit, he did what he said he would do! It sounds small but when someone says they'll call me back, I don't often expect it, but even on a Friday he called me back about my enquiry. Thank you so much.
