We are trained to deliver high quality, evidence-based interventions using core psychological therapeutic frameworks including cognitive, behavioural, attachment, systemic and narrative theories and models. As Clinical and Counselling Psychologists, we are able to integrate and synthesise a variety of models to offer a truly person-centred and bespoke approach to your unique set of circumstances and difficulties. We will work collaboratively with you to enable you to overcome difficulties and live the life you want.

We can work. with children adolescents, parents, carers, families and couples experiencing a whole range of emotional and mental health difficulties.  We are dedicated to understanding people's unique experience that has led to difficulties entering their lives and understanding people's struggles in context of their relationships, environments and communities.

What is involved

Psychological therapy is usually preceded by an assessment, working together to map out your difficulties and make sense of what is going on for you in order to identify the most helpful ways forward to resolve difficulties.

Psychological therapy offers you a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space in which to work through experiences that are causing you distress.

Psychological therapy is an active process where willingness to fully engage with the process will often lead to the most beneficial outcomes. Depending on your needs, it can require a commitment to regular attendance at sessions, though of course your attendance and commitment is entirely voluntary and you can stop sessions at any time.

Many people feel unsure about whether therapy will be helpful for them. Your Psychologist will work with you to help you explore any things that might be holding you back and understands that it takes time to develop a trusting working relationship.
